## Learn how to create and export custom reports in Chekhub.

Chekhub allows you to capture essential data from your teams, assets, checklists, and tasks, providing valuable insights for decision-making. This guide will walk you through the process of generating reports and exporting them in different formats.

1. **Access the Reporting Module**  
   - From the main dashboard, locate the Reporting section in the left-side navigation menu.  
   - Click on Reports to access the reporting tool.

2. **Create a Report**  
   - Using the column on the left hand side of the screen select the **type of report** you want to generate. Chekhub offers several options, such as Billing, Ticket Activity, Team Performance, Assets, PM Exceptions, Rounds Overview, Daily Rounds, Checklists, Organization Metrics and Custom reports.  
   - **Use the available filters to refine your report. Filters may include:**  
     - **Date range** (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days, custom date range)  
     - **Team/Project/Asset type**  
     - **Locations**  
   - After selecting your filters, click on Generate Report.

3. **Preview Your Report**  
   - After generating the report, a preview will appear showing key data fields and the structure of the report.  
   - Review the report to ensure all necessary information is included. You can search through the data or use the column filters feature in the bottom right of the report.

4. **Export Your Report**  
   - Once satisfied with the report, locate the export channels located in the bottom right side of the screen. Select the export format you want the report downloaded as.  
     - **CSV** for data analysis or import into other tools.  
     - **Excel** for a detailed, editable report.  
     - **JSON** for use in programming environments or API integrations.  
     - **Print** to directly print a hard copy or save as a PDF via your printer settings.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create, customize, and export reports in Chekhub to manage data and support operational decisions.
